    • Completed by the factory on 28th November 1957 and finished in Deep Carriage Green coachwork with Grey Connolly hide and fitted with front discs brakes and Alfin drums to the rear.
    • Delivered on 3rd January 1958 via agent J.Blake to first owner A.D.Hindley Esq of Read Hall, Burnley, Lancs. Other previous owners listed on the factory build sheet are N.Hunt of Highgate, London, M.J.Crump, Donald Flatt esq and noted Aston Martin author and historian Stephen Archer
    • Featured in Classic and Sportscar magazine in 1995 and later the subject of a major concours restoration by marque specialists Trinity Engineering in 2008 with a number of enhancements making this DB Mk111 absolutely sensational to drive
    • Engine fully rebuilt and fitted with Alperform aluminium cylinder head with DB3S larger inlet and exhaust valves and DB3S camshafts. Alperform crankshaft and unleaded conversion, Arias high compression pistons, triple 40DCOE Weber carbs, aluminium radiator with electric fan, oil cooler with oil system upgraded to full flow type and Facet fuel pump. Steel exhaust manifolds and twin pipe stainless steel system fitted
    • Transmission is uprated to 5 speed synchromesh gearbox by Tremec with high performance clutch, refurbished rear axle with new 3.54:1 crown wheel and pinion with new bearings and seals and new balanced propshaft (original gearbox included)
    • Steering box upgraded to electronic power steering and front kingpins rebuilt with bronze bushes and steel pins, upgraded springs and stiffer front anti roll bar. Fully rebuilt braking system with high performance pads, rear drums drilled for ventilation and aeroquip hoses
    • The bodywork was completely restored with the chassis blasted to remove corrosion and paint, new steelwork to inner and outer sills, louvered panels fitted to the front wings to aid cooling of the high-performance engine, modified front valance to incorporate oil cooling duct, Monza quick release fuel cap recessed into the rear wing and bare metal repaint in Aston Martin Cannock Black
    • The interior was completely retrimmed in Claret connolly hides with headlining in grey west of England cloth. Roll hoop fabricated to allow continued use of rear seats, trimmed in cloth and leather to match interior, wilton carpets, Perspex sun visors and FIA approved four point safety harnesses
    • Regular maintained by marque exponents Pugsley and Lewis with a class award at the AMOC concours in 2016, extensive history file that includes a buff log book, MoTs dating back to 1979, factory build sheet, supporting restoration invoices and photos, service records back to 1977 and original UK registration
