    • Constructed in September 1972 and destined for the USA via the San Francisco distributor, this incredibly rare 911 was specified from new with the high performance 2.4S fuel injected powerplant mated to a four speed ‘Sportomatic’ gearbox, finished in metallic gold coachwork (colour 133) with black leatherette interior, sliding sunroof, air conditioning, radiator coil, antenna speaker and coloured windows.
    • Sold new to the first owner Mr Edward Grochowski of Oakland, CA who retained the car within his family for the next twenty three years. Comprehensive service invoices on file show that Mr Grochowski regularly used and maintained the 911S with the first invoice dated 1974 and span every year throughout his ownership, rarely seen for a car of this age.
    • In 1997 the Porsche was exported to Holland via Porsche specialists Berry Smits and registered with a Dutch title and sold to the next owner Dhr. Kees Menheere
    • Dhr Menheere used and enjoyed the Porsche throughout his ownership 1997-2014 and various invoices on file from specialists Porsche Service Kraan and Car Care BV in Holland show the car was carefully maintained on his behalf  
    • Acquired by the current UK owner in 2014 to add to his existing collection of European sports cars, the Porsche was imported to the UK and registered here. Regularly serviced by specialists Zentrum in Nottingham and the subject of an extensive road test and magazine article in ‘Total 911’ magazine.
    Supplied in excellent condition throughout and a highly original example, the 911S comes with a comprehensive service history back to 1974, an original owners wallet with handbook and replacement service book, UK V5, Porsche Certificate and copy of the ‘Total 911’ magazine article.
